Carefully place the jewelry in its original Les Néréides pouch and box, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our returns center, keeping your proof of postage safe.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
